Routines are truly the foundation for any lasting change. There are three main components that we will be focusing on during this class: routines, mindsets, and commitments.

Routines can often be mistaken for ruts... as in boring. They are truly a way for us to be on auto pilot in a way that supports your dreams.
Our bodies and minds crave routines. We also have dreams and goals. In order to get movement in your dreams, you must create routines that support your goals. We help you identify which action steps create movement and which ones create distractions.
We hear all the time, "I'm doing the work but it isn't working!" Most of us tend to start and stop when we don't see immediate results. This creates lots of actions with zero movement in the directions of your dreams. Having a strong why or reason will help you to hang in there when you feel like quitting.
Most of us have busy lives with tons of responsibilities. We put ourselves at the bottom of the list. In order to create lasting change, we need to be the PRIORITY in our lives. We help you navigate the rough waters of putting yourself first and feeling like you are letting others down. We can help with difficult conversations and difficult circumstances.
