Is this program just about weight loss?

This program is not about your size, how much you weigh, good foods or bad foods.

This program is all about creating consistency so that you can change your body if you desire, to see that you can change your body and you can have good things no matter what size you are.

Typically for those of us that struggle with body image issues, our bodies stop us from living life the way we want. 

My hope is that we will learn so much about our body styles as well as how the mind is wired so that we can make peace with the fact that we are not broken and we deserve good things.

It is amazing how much our confidence increases when we see results. I remember thinking that I was a weak person. I didn't think I could ever run a 5k let alone a marathon. To run that race was the most healing thing I had ever done. I did that! And you can too! Whether it is running a race, believing in romantic love, getting that new job, etc... we have to see results to start believing in ourselves. 

When I lose ten pounds, I feel a hundred pounds lighter.

It isn't about the weight, it is about the confidence I feel in taking on a goal and seeing the result.

Body positivity isn't trying to love a body you hate. It isn't trying to loving the size or the weight, if you don't.

It is seeing that your body can change if you do the work. It is also realizing that it isn't your body holding you back it is your confidence in yourself.


Compassion, grace, hard work and consistency... these are the things that we need to help ourselves in every area of your life.

Our bodies are capable of tremendous healing and change, if we want.

Our minds are capable of being rewired to accept new beliefs and ideas, if we want. 

This kind of change and transformation will most definitely kick up some stuff.

You will feel feelings you have avoided. You will have to put down old tired beliefs that no longer serve you. That is why I am here. I know how hard changing your body can be. Even learning how to trust your body again if you have experienced difficult or painful illnesses, can be tricky. And yet, it can happen. Making peace with yourself and your body will free you to have the time, energy, and desire to take on your real dreams. Those ones that scare you!

In 2006, I was a single mom of four daughters while working a full time job and going to graduate school. I still wanted to lose weight and decided to make my health the priority.

I still had to juggle homework needs, work needs, children needs, home needs, and now health needs. I didn’t want to wait any longer to feel good in my body. I honestly had no idea how I was going to make this happen. I just knew that if I waited until all of these needs were met I would be waiting forever, as I would always be working and always be a mother. I didn’t know how I was going to make it all work but I did.

I managed to lose 125 pounds in nine months, get a 4.0, remain employed and all my girls were taken care of. 

Did I mention that I was on TV?? That was fun ;) 

It was very overwhelming to think about big picture and yet I was able to do it. Why? I had two things that helped me get out of overwhelm:

STRATEGY AND STRUCTURE.

I had the plan and the support that I needed to be successful.

I feel that the body is the place we hold the most judgement, confusion and self hate. It is the thing we compare the most and our bodies are always changing along with life phases so it feels overwhelming. Changing the body helps us find confidence because the results are tangible. These tangible results reassure us that we are not broken and that we CAN actually succeed in our goals. Knowing what to do is about 30% of the equation. The remaining 70% is understanding why and overcoming the obstacles in the mind. This is where the psychology side becomes your best friend.

- so let me explain our plan of action -


The top two reasons people fail in keeping results in their body are that they don't commit to make their changes a lifestyle, and that they lose momentum & consistency when the mind patterns take over. 

In order to achieve your results and keep them, it will require 30% strategy and 70% structure in your choices and actions. You have most likely been looking for the "perfect" eating routine, or workout program for your body. 

Let me ask you this: Have you truly ever been consistent for 90 days in your daily actions towards your goals?

You will never change your body unless you change your daily actions. The secret of your success is found in your DAILY ROUTINE, not the few times here and there when you "nailed it."

We all have habits and routines that we know we need to do. Let's use an example to help explain this clearly. You brush your teeth every day, why?  You were taught how and when to. You were given lots of reminders until it became something that you didn't have to think about. Some people don't brush their teeth every day. It isn't that they don't know how and when, it's that their motivation isn't there.

(This is why we need programs like this to see results. We need the motivation that can't be found from within during the process of change.)

When you are in love and your partner is looking sexy and brushing his teeth, you better believe you will not only be brushing your teeth every day, but you will be flossing, using mouthwash, and acting as if this is what you do the entire time. Until when? You break up. Your motivation leaves right along with him. Then you go right back to the old patterns and habits.

It isn't that you don't know what to do, it's that you have lost the motivation

The problem is, we are not the priority alone. We need someone else to come in and "pressure" us. But that only goes so far. In order to have lasting results, you must find the priority within yourself, and then choose to change for YOU. This is where confidence comes from, and probably why you struggle with it. 

We want to empower you to start brushing your teeth, flossing, and using mouthwash so that when love is in your life, you aren't in a scramble trying to prove yourself or pretend to be something you think you should already be.

You get to be YOU and be ENOUGH. 

We won't be teaching you how to brush your teeth in this experience LOL, but we WILL be giving you new habits, routines, and mindsets that you will need to put into action each day. We will be there to help you create your why, place yourself as priority, raise your self worth, and ultimately uncover your confidence. On top of that, we will be there to motivate, inspire, and push you to keep consistent so that one day the habits you are working towards, become a part of your routine that is done without having to think about it. You will step into your new lifestyle, and actually love & be proud of who you are!!

This is why I have collaborated with Kayla in this makeover experience.

She has created her signature Lifestyle Design Strategy and has transformed it to fit our 90 Day Makeover program.


 

LIFESTYLE DESIGN - KAYLA 

You will take our body type quiz and understand if you are an Endomorph, Ectomorph, and Mesomorph. This will help you identify which times of day are optimal, the food plans that work best for you, and the workout strategies your body responds to the quickest. We have done all of the heavy lifting here, you just have to take a quiz! 

You will also be using The Lifestyle Design Strategy method and worksheets to determine your personal goals, end results, and realistic timeline. This is not your typical "goal setting" program and I am so excited that Kayla agreed to make us our very own version focused on the body.

You will create and map out the benchmark goals to help you identify if you are on track, and then get clear on the lifestyle changes necessary to make it happen. You will be habit tracking along with following a morning routine, evening routine, and workout routine to ensure your success. Inside your routines, your new eating plan, workout plan, and strategy will be placed. 

Kayla has given you her workbook with worksheets, planners, and motivation to keep you clear and organized in your plan of attack. Your personalized Lifestyle Design Strategy. 


 

ACCOUNTABILITY - TRACI

Once you have your plan in place, I will be guiding you daily throughout the 90 day experience. You will receive daily reminders of hope from me to start your day off on the right foot. 

WEEKLY SUPPORT & GROUP COACHING CALLS

This is more than just a class where you take notes and learn. This is an experience where you take action and transform! Every week we will hop on a video call as a group to reflect on what went well, plan changes necessary, and step into action. During these calls you will be held accountable to your results and if you are on track with the goals set in your strategy. 

You will have the opportunity to talk with me one on one if you are stuck in the process. I will be using my knowledge of psychology and body to help guide you through plateaus, mindsets, or self sabotage patterns. 

This is where my strengths excel. I will be taking care of you and supporting you while offering you tailored advice on the group calls if needed. 

The last part of the call will be where I teach and motivate you through the process of change. You will be encouraged to do your dirty work on the calls with us. We will meet on Sundays, and together we will take action. Meal prep, laundry, organizing, whatever it is you don't want to do but need to do.. we will do it together.

How long is the course?

The 90 Day Makeover is 12 weeks of accountability and support. 

Does this program include a specific nutrition plan and workout program?

You will take a quiz to identify your specific body type. We will give you information based on your results to show you which popular programs work best for your body. Ultimately you will be the one that chooses your eating and workout plans.

What we help you in is setting the routines, habits, and lifestyle commitments with the eating plan you choose in your Lifestyle Design Strategy and hold you accountable to your commitments.

Is this program just about weight loss?

This program is not about your size, how much you weigh, good foods or bad foods.

This program is all about creating consistency so that you can change your body if you desire, to see that you can change your body and you can have good things no matter what size you are.

Typically for those of us that struggle with body image issues, our bodies stop us from living life the way we want. 

My hope is that we will learn so much about our body styles as well as how the mind is wired so that we can make peace with the fact that we are not broken and we deserve good things.

It is amazing how much our confidence increases when we see results. I remember thinking that I was a weak person. I didn't think I could ever run a 5k let alone a marathon. To run that race was the most healing thing I had ever done. I did that! And you can too! Whether it is running a race, believing in romantic love, getting that new job, etc... we have to see results to start believing in ourselves. 

When I lose ten pounds, I feel a hundred pounds lighter.

It isn't about the weight, it is about the confidence I feel in taking on a goal and seeing the result.

Body positivity isn't trying to love a body you hate. It isn't trying to loving the size or the weight, if you don't.

It is seeing that your body can change if you do the work. It is also realizing that it isn't your body holding you back it is your confidence in yourself.


Compassion, grace, hard work and consistency... these are the things that we need to help ourselves in every area of your life.

Our bodies are capable of tremendous healing and change, if we want.

Our minds are capable of being rewired to accept new beliefs and ideas, if we want. 

This kind of change and transformation will most definitely kick up some stuff.

You will feel feelings you have avoided. You will have to put down old tired beliefs that no longer serve you. That is why I am here. I know how hard changing your body can be. Even learning how to trust your body again if you have experienced difficult or painful illnesses, can be tricky. And yet, it can happen. Making peace with yourself and your body will free you to have the time, energy, and desire to take on your real dreams. Those ones that scare you!
