- so let me explain our plan of action -
The top two reasons people fail in keeping results in their body are that they don't commit to make their changes a lifestyle, and that they lose momentum & consistency when the mind patterns take over.
In order to achieve your results and keep them, it will require 30% strategy and 70% structure in your choices and actions. You have most likely been looking for the "perfect" eating routine, or workout program for your body.
Let me ask you this: Have you truly ever been consistent for 90 days in your daily actions towards your goals?
You will never change your body unless you change your daily actions. The secret of your success is found in your DAILY ROUTINE, not the few times here and there when you "nailed it."
We all have habits and routines that we know we need to do. Let's use an example to help explain this clearly. You brush your teeth every day, why? You were taught how and when to. You were given lots of reminders until it became something that you didn't have to think about. Some people don't brush their teeth every day. It isn't that they don't know how and when, it's that their motivation isn't there.
(This is why we need programs like this to see results. We need the motivation that can't be found from within during the process of change.)
When you are in love and your partner is looking sexy and brushing his teeth, you better believe you will not only be brushing your teeth every day, but you will be flossing, using mouthwash, and acting as if this is what you do the entire time. Until when? You break up. Your motivation leaves right along with him. Then you go right back to the old patterns and habits.
It isn't that you don't know what to do, it's that you have lost the motivation.
The problem is, we are not the priority alone. We need someone else to come in and "pressure" us. But that only goes so far. In order to have lasting results, you must find the priority within yourself, and then choose to change for YOU. This is where confidence comes from, and probably why you struggle with it.
We want to empower you to start brushing your teeth, flossing, and using mouthwash so that when love is in your life, you aren't in a scramble trying to prove yourself or pretend to be something you think you should already be.
You get to be YOU and be ENOUGH.
We won't be teaching you how to brush your teeth in this experience LOL, but we WILL be giving you new habits, routines, and mindsets that you will need to put into action each day. We will be there to help you create your why, place yourself as priority, raise your self worth, and ultimately uncover your confidence. On top of that, we will be there to motivate, inspire, and push you to keep consistent so that one day the habits you are working towards, become a part of your routine that is done without having to think about it. You will step into your new lifestyle, and actually love & be proud of who you are!!

She has created her signature Lifestyle Design Strategy and has transformed it to fit our 90 Day Makeover program.
LIFESTYLE DESIGN - KAYLA
You will take our body type quiz and understand if you are an Endomorph, Ectomorph, and Mesomorph. This will help you identify which times of day are optimal, the food plans that work best for you, and the workout strategies your body responds to the quickest. We have done all of the heavy lifting here, you just have to take a quiz!
You will also be using The Lifestyle Design Strategy method and worksheets to determine your personal goals, end results, and realistic timeline. This is not your typical "goal setting" program and I am so excited that Kayla agreed to make us our very own version focused on the body.
You will create and map out the benchmark goals to help you identify if you are on track, and then get clear on the lifestyle changes necessary to make it happen. You will be habit tracking along with following a morning routine, evening routine, and workout routine to ensure your success. Inside your routines, your new eating plan, workout plan, and strategy will be placed.

ACCOUNTABILITY - TRACI
Once you have your plan in place, I will be guiding you daily throughout the 90 day experience. You will receive daily reminders of hope from me to start your day off on the right foot.
WEEKLY SUPPORT & GROUP COACHING CALLS
This is more than just a class where you take notes and learn. This is an experience where you take action and transform! Every week we will hop on a video call as a group to reflect on what went well, plan changes necessary, and step into action. During these calls you will be held accountable to your results and if you are on track with the goals set in your strategy.
You will have the opportunity to talk with me one on one if you are stuck in the process. I will be using my knowledge of psychology and body to help guide you through plateaus, mindsets, or self sabotage patterns.
This is where my strengths excel. I will be taking care of you and supporting you while offering you tailored advice on the group calls if needed.
The last part of the call will be where I teach and motivate you through the process of change. You will be encouraged to do your dirty work on the calls with us. We will meet on Sundays, and together we will take action. Meal prep, laundry, organizing, whatever it is you don't want to do but need to do.. we will do it together.
Imagine seeing everyone else on the call chopping veggies, you don't want to be the only one who isn't right?

You will be motivated.
